Can I schedule a party?

Yes, you can schedule your party with us! You can click here to book online, call a party planner at +974 3014 4522 or visit our store.

Can I bring in a bear for repair?

Our associates can make minor repairs in stores; however, we are not able to accept bears requiring extensive repairs.

What is your return policy?

You may exchange or return defective products or products delivered differently than the one ordered within 14 days of the receipt of such goods. All items need to be in their original packaging & without signs of damage while playing.

Build-A-Bear offers customers the option of a free exchange providing the item is priced the same or less than the one originally purchased on your order.

Products need to be returned within 14 days upon your notification of such return either in person or sent to Build a Bear Workshop, Doha Festival City Mall – QATAR.

In case of returned product, a new product will be delivered in exchange of the defective product or wrong product received. Refunds are not applicable for returned products except for unavailability of the returned product in stock. In which case a refund will be offered after reviewing the validity of the return. Orders once delivered or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be made on orders cancelled once such cancellation is confirmed by means of an email communication.

Can I cancel my order online?

What if I got something I didn’t order?

Sometimes, gremlins creep into our boxes and change your Build-A-Bear order. If there are any discrepancies with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have shipped the incorrect goods, please accept our humble apologies and contact our customer service team +971 42360893 or email info@buildabear.qa They will arrange for a collection of these goods. All the replacements will be sent at no extra cost.

What if the description on the website doesn’t match what I have received?

Sometimes we get it wrong. Unfortunately, if the image, description, price or availability is incorrect, we will not be able to replace the item with that which was incorrectly represented. We promise to do our best not to get these details wrong, and will do our best to rectify the mistake, but cannot confirm that the exact replacement product will be supplied.
